I purchased Okinawa Praise scooter on 1.12.2018.for Rs.69800/- In start running well. After three months Diggi cracked. After five months one bearing & MCB damaged. Replaced with payment. After seven months, censor and all the six batteries damaged. Replaced after very much struggle. After eleven months, the backside tyre rubbed. They approved tyre replacement on 20.1.2020 because within warranty, but not replaced by the dealer, because they have not received the tyre cost amount from the Company till date. Now the Company has withdrawn their approval. That is the repo and worth of the Company. They have not the amount equal to the cost of tyre. Shameful on their parts to withdrew their APPROVAL.

One thing more that after six months from the relaced six batteries damaged again i.e. the newly replaced batteries set runs six months only. At the time of purchase, the dealer assured me that the batteries will run three years. But two sets damaged for 13 months. The new batteries set costs 36000/- with the six-month warranty I .e.the running cost for six months is a 36000/-Rs.6000/-per month. One can't afford such a running cost. So, I with fold handed requested to all, NOT TO BUY OKINAWA scooty, otherwise you will be crying by loosing your hard money. Moreover, the resale value is nil. So think 1000 times to buy their product.
