It is good for local uses and also it come good battery and charge period enhancing the feature good and it economical

This is the worst automobile one should buy don't waste your hard-earned money on this shit I bouth this last year and now I have to visit service center almost every month and the pathetic part is agency don't have parts and moreover not willing to help even if your scooter is under warranty

Never ever think of buying a hero electric scooter. Poor service. More over can't use the vehicle in good condition for atleast 3 months. My scooter stops while running itself. Display changed 4 times within one year. And the company is not providing proper spare parts including display. I'm using my scooter without display light for the past 3 months. Tyre quality is very bad. Also there are alignment issue. Head light got damaged 3 times . I'm using some other company's head light now. The main problem is their dealers are unable to find the complaints and properly repair the vehicle. Nowadays my scooter turns off when there is 20% charge. Vehicle goes into sleeping mode while running. Frequently restarts while running. All these are happening from within one month of purchase itself. The company never respond ls to any mails or feedback given by the customer.

Battery not giving milege more than 40 kms on one charge, built quality also not good. Not expected this from Hero

More research is needed on how to increase the mileage range, I tested this two-wheeler in about one sitting and found that it offers a range of around 70 km on a single charge and in Eco mode. But the company claims its range is 105 km in echo mode. Which is completely false. Tires, battery type and motor other components of this scooter are very good

I PURCHASED THIS SCOOTER AND BATTARY IS NOT GOOD.COMPAMY CLAIMS ITS WILL RUN 130 KMS BUT IN REALWORLD ITS RUNS ONLY 60-70 KMS IN ECO MODE.
